Weston Home Depot's new manager is Ruben the Cuban By James Becher The Weston Home Depot, at 15885 Rick Case Honda Way in Davie Florida (the other side of the street is in Weston) has a new main manager. He is Ruben Rodreguez from Cuba. He's a short stockey Cuban in his late twenties or early thirties. Ruben replaces the former main manager, Jeff Beason, who was promoted to a position in the district office. Although friendly with everyone, customers and employees, Ruben runs a tight ship at Weston, so the employees should beware of any lapses of company policy. He will sneak up on you when you least expect it and bust you. Contributor's Note I work at Weston Home depot in the phone center and was busted by Ruben for checking the T.V. schedule on the internet for 5 minutes when the phones were dead--a seemingly innocent thing, but against company policy.
